Digital Strategy
Digital strategy isn’t the only way. But it is one, important channel. From your web presence to social media, it’s not about having a digital strategy. It’s about having the right one.
Social Media:
From using social media for personal brand management and development to social media for talent acquisition and HR, we’re constantly looking ahead for where to lead in the space. In the social recruiting industry, our founder is one of the most vocal advocates for making social recruiting, more, well, social. While many companies use social tools as glorified job boards, Susan’s remained a staunch advocate for using social to engage and strengthen brands as opposed to the 2.0 information push.
Experience: Our founder’s been recently recognized for her work on a new social recruiting game to build brand awareness, has spoken for industry leader ERE on social recruiting multiple times, and was the first to create a list of companies recruiting on Twitter.
Web and Digital Strategy Development
As part of her branding expertise, Susan’s led the strategic development of multiple online strategies and websites including concept design, storyboarding, wireframe development and brand extensions. exaqueo specializes in understanding what the job seeker needs to find online and what a company should share.
Experience: You can check out some of our founder’s past work here and here.
Blogging
It was 2002 when Susan first started blogging and a year later when she worked with a web developer to create SusanStrayer.com. Hundreds of posts, nine years, and two sites later, Susan’s learned her fair share of lessons. Blogging can be taught but it’s also a learn-as-you-go scenario and Susan’s learned how to share the right intersection of professional and personal insights. You want to know the person you’re learning from, but you don’t need to know the boring details of their every day. Susan has taught both individual bloggers and groups of aspiring writers the ins and outs of creating a personal presence online.
