Susan’s the creator of the Kaleidoscope Career Model, Susan has been coaching job seekers and business professionals for over ten years. She’s worked with senior executives, MBA graduates, lawyers, government and business professionals in career assessment, job search strategy, brand creation and management, interviewing and long-term planning. She holds her clients accountable to ensure they get the results they’re looking for..

UNIVERSITY RECRUITING  AND CAREER AND ALUMNI SERVICES

exaqueo has worked with companies to provide innovative strategy and execution consulting for recruiting current students and recent graduates. Exaqueo has also worked with universities to create action-oriented career development content for current students and alumni based on our extensive experience in the university space. Growing up in a family of educators, our founder also knows the value of giving back. Susan served as the Alumni Council President for Vanderbilt’s Business School.  She also served as a chapter leader and was awarded for her service to the Virginia Tech Alumni Association’s National Capital Region.

Experience:Our founder has worked with several leading universities including serving as the Assistant Director of Career Services for the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. exaqueo also developed a national alumni career services program for Vanderbilt University training six coaches to deliver the program nationwide as well as leading the program in New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC.
