It's hard to ask for help. From when I was little, I had that independent, stubborn, I-can-do-it-myself spirit that I now see in my young daughter. And that's a good thing! In fact, part of what makes exaqueo different is our ability to get it done for our clients in a way a big firm just isn't set up to do. We turn on a dime, move quickly and have a scrappy, stubborn "we'll find a way to make it happen" attitude. I love that about us.
That said, we don't know it all, and we don't purport to. Sure, we're experts in our niche of the world--building research-based employer brands and talent strategies and programs. But the HR and business world's bigger than we can wrap our arms around on any given day. And that means we need partners to help guide us, consistently make us smarter and challenge us regularly. When you move quickly as we do, you need someone to stop and ask "is that really the right way?" It makes us better and helps ensure every single thing we do is in the best interests of our clients, our work and our business.

Josh Schwede: known for his deep expertise in sales, marketing and HR Technology, Josh brings incredible expertise in scaling companies and understanding how to disrupt HR from his experience at QUESocial and HireVue among others.
David Lee: arguably one of the smartest minds in employer brand, Dave was building employer brand and marketing campaigns long before social recruiting was all the rage. An Army veteran, Dave built the Army Strong campaign and has led employer brand for Amazon and Bristol-Meyers Squibb, his current role.
Ryan McQueeney: you can't build a company without strong financial legs, and Ryan's experience in finance, planning and strategy for high-growth companies is tremendous. Currently the CFO for RedOwl Analytics, Ryan brings his combined CPA/MBA and strategy experience to the exaqueo Board.
