Spring is a time of change and new beginnings, and here at exaqueo that couldn’t be more true. We’ve welcomed more clients to our roster and are developing employer brands around the globe. Part of what makes our work so different is our rigorous, relationship-based approach to workforce research. It requires boots-on-the-ground, in-person execution to get rich, actionable insights for our clients.
Working at exaqueo is different. Our company is completely virtual and team members see each other more conducting client work than at a company headquarters. To support our clients, we structure our schedules to be available while still balancing life priorities when we need to. With our client list growing and the increased focus companies are putting on their employer brands, it’s also time for our team to grow. Which is precisely why I'm so excited to share Alyssa Bani will be joining the exaqueo team!
No stranger to balance or virtual work, Alyssa comes to team exaqueo from Fortune 10 company UnitedHealth Group where she owned communications for their global candidate brand experience. From internal and external social networks to digital and traditional media, she knows employer branding, recruitment marketing, and communications -- inside and out. And she has the experience building strategies and activation plans, step by step.
To our team, Alyssa also brings a diverse, global marketing and branding background including serving as a consumer brand manager with Schreiber Foods. With a deep perspective on employee engagement, and her expertise in content marketing and brand management, Alyssa brings many skill sets that we are excited to add to our expert team of employer brand strategists.
Outside of work, Alyssa is a registered yoga teacher and loves to spend time honing her balance and mindfulness. She enjoys traveling, and recently returned from her wedding in France, followed by her honeymoon in Italy. When she is home, Alyssa loves to cook and is enjoying life as a newlywed. She looks forward to bringing this same zest for life to her work at exaqueo!
