RESEARCH ANALYST (FULL-TIME)

exaqueo is looking for someone who has experience in conducting and assessing qualitative and quantitative people-based research including focus groups, observation and ethnography. In this role, you’ll be playing a key role in our research function. You’ll develop research strategy plans and lead and direct data gathering components of our projects. You’ll lead focus groups and observation and help build our growing research practice. You’ll be responsible for data assessment too, from theming and coding data, to creating innovative ways to analyze and report on results.  When time permits, you’ll be working on whitepapers and articles about our research trends and experience.

You’ll be working with our clients who come to us for our specific expertise in employer brand and talent strategy. You’ll develop a rapport and build trust with them based on the data you gather and how it’s presented. You will also provide input on client recommendations in talent strategy and employer brand based on the research.

Your hours will be balanced between leading research execution to heads down analysis and computation. From day to day you might be leading employee focus groups, theming and coding qualitative data or developing charts and graphs to present and explain data to our clients. You'll either be on the road conducting research with clients or working from any location you choose.

It's important to note two things: (1)  this job requires a significant amount of travel; approximately two weeks a month on the road. (2) The research is fast-paced. Unlike a university setting, we have to turnaround our analysis quickly and the volume of data is high. But the impact is tremendous.

What we want in return:

  • Experience:
    • Experience in behavioral research and analysis
    • Familiarity with social science and evaluation research methods (especially field experimentation and quasi-experimentation)

    • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Stata) and/or a CAQDAS

EMPLOYER BRAND PROJECT MANAGER (FULL-TIME)

exaqueo, a workforce consultancy, is growing and we’re seeking a new employer brand consultant and project manager.  

We specialize in building cultures, employer brands and talent strategies for high-growth and mature companies. Our engagements range from full-scale employer brand development to culture and recruiting strategy to full creative and digital execution. We’re known for our workforce research and almost every engagement we complete has a research component.

In this role, you’ll be working with our clients who come to us for our specific expertise in employer brand and talent strategy. You’ll develop a rapport and build trust with them and help to grow additional project work. You will help gather and analyze workforce research to provide clients with recommendations on talent strategy and employer brand.

Your work will be balanced between helping to manage the projects we lead using our developed processes and tools and providing expert guidance and consulting in the areas where we specialize. From day to day you might be leading a kickoff with a new client, running employee focus groups, synthesizing the employer value proposition based on the workforce research we conduct or providing consulting on specific talent acquisition or employer brand strategies.
