RECORD GROWTH AT EXAQUEO DRIVING STAFF CHANGES FOR 2017
CHARLESTON, SC, January 17, 2017 – exaqueo, the premier, boutique employer brand experience firm announced today several changes to its staffing and operations. Lexi Gordon has been promoted to the firm's Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Kathleen O'Brien and Shannon Smedstad will become Principal Employer Brand Strategists. exaqueo's reputation as a full-service, end-to-end employer brand partner has fueled an average 70% year over year growth since its founding in 2011.
As Project Director and Lead Consultant for exaqueo since 2013, Lexi Gordon has developed the foundation for the firm's project management processes and led employer brand research and strategy consulting projects for clients such as Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. and Princeton University. She was also instrumental in the development and management of exaqueo's seamless partnership with creative agency Groupbrand allowing the addition of full-service creative and digital execution to exaqueo clients.
In her new role as COO, Lexi will direct the operations of all firm projects and lead the firm's project management strategy. She'll also spearhead an evolved model of client service rooted in engagement management and consulting expertise. This unique service model allows exaqueo to seamlessly offer brand research, strategy, execution and creative services for clients. Prior to joining exaqueo, Lexi was a Senior Consultant with The Clearing, a management strategy consulting firm in Washington, DC. She also has extensive brand and consulting experience with firms including Marriott International, Rich Products, ICF International and Deloitte.
exaqueo project managers Kathleen O'Brien and Shannon Smedstad will also become Principal Employer Brand Strategists to address their expanding roles in both expert employer brand consulting and engagement management. Both Kathleen and Shannon came to exaqueo from extensive F500 experience in employer brand, recruiting and human resources.
