How you’ll contribute to the team:
We’re looking for a marketing coordinator who can learn our business quickly, understand what we do, see the value in our work, and help us grow our business. Reporting to our Director of Growth and Marketing, you’ll manage the day-to-day administration and execution of business development and marketing for our growing, high-visibility business. Your days will include: conducting new client research, managing our CRM and business development pipeline, prepping team members for proposals and pitches, developing social media and blog content, and executing our marketing strategy to drive PR opportunities and brand awareness.

Your work will include supporting our directors of Growth and Marketing, and Business Operations as well as our CEO by scheduling calls and managing follow-up client interactions.

What the role requires:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in an administrative, marketing, or business development role
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal)
- Well-honed organizational and planning skills, for self and others
- Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines with grace under pressure
- Natural curiosity and interest in learning about new companies and industries
