The Challenge:
We’re looking for a Candidate Attraction Specialist who will support, coordinate, and lead focused employer brand and attraction strategies across our firm. Partnering with Talent Acquisition Leads, you’ll be responsible for developing targeted recruitment strategies and delivering tactical plans using our proven candidate attraction methodologies. Together, we’re seizing new technology and techniques to strengthen our employer brand awareness and increase candidate reach and engagement. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
