We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Manager to support Comcast Advertising, Effectv, and FreeWheel. Reporting to the Director, Digital marketing, on Comcast Advertising’s Brand Marketing team, the person in this role will bring a passion for employer branding and the impact is has on shaping a diverse and inclusive organization. They will create and execute strategies that elevate our brand awareness and reputation as a ‘best place to work,’ highlighting how employees of all backgrounds can build their careers while making a major impact on the industry.

Core Responsibilities

Own and lead our strategy to grow our reputation as the employer of choice for ideal candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Partner with stakeholders across all business units to build a comprehensive marketing plan that identifies and solves employer branding, talent marketing and reputation gaps​.

Be responsible for all employer U.S. brand marketing assets and activations (media placements, partnerships, web pages, job descriptions, GlassDoor, booths, events, fairs, social engagement, swag, awards applications, etc.)

Understand the competitive landscape and identify ways to differentiate our opportunities above other alternatives.

In partnership with our creative agency as well as independently, produce engaging content and campaigns that attract candidates from a variety of backgrounds.

Work with the mindset of a journalist to find, script and produce videos, blogs and graphics that represent our employee voices, culture and talent to elevate the stories that will attract the industry’s best and brightest.

Partner closely with Comcast Advertising’s talent acquisition team to support their efforts and with peers at Comcast to complement existing campaigns owned by the Comcast Careers team.

Help lead and participate in our employee social advocacy program, conduct social media trainings and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.

Generate monthly reports based on key performance indicators that reveal where strengths and weaknesses lie, pivoting strategies based on what the data reveals.

Presenting reporting to stakeholders on the Leadership team.
