As a member of the EBM team, the Senior Employer Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing our AMER employer brand roadmap, with a focus on Brand and Content, to establish Datadog's presence in key markets. This role involves leading new market initiatives, using data-driven insights, and forming close partnerships with our people teams. Collaborating with creative, DEI, and corporate marketing teams, they will design and deliver multi-platform programs and campaigns to optimize talent attraction. They will leverage their expertise to build a strong brand among technical and non-technical audiences, developing targeted talent pools and leads.
