We are looking for an “Employer Branding Partner” to join our Global HR team and expand worldwide the Kudelski Group’s profile as an employer of choice. This position will be based in Phoenix (USA).

As an expert in employer branding, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global and creative initiatives in order to attract, recruit, engage and retain great people.


- Design and conceptualize the Kudelski Group’s employer value proposition into a compelling and authentic story
   and package

- Define an employer branding plan from conception to implementation

- Create and develop communication collaterals and initiatives to promote and diffuse our EVP

- Analyze and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our candidates’ experience

- Rethink our talent acquisition philosophy and find creative ways to bring it alive

- Establish an employment branding network across the regions (US, Asia and Europe), to ensure successful
   execution of our branding strategy

- Analyze and assess the different ATS systems available on the market and enhance our current systems

- Define and implement a social media strategy

- Lead our LinkedIn Recruiter account and ensure we are leveraging all functionalities

- Develop our presence on LinkedIn by creating engaging career pages and stories

- Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns

- Provide training and advice to peers globally on employer branding best practices

- Partner with your HR colleagues worldwide and internal stakeholders (IT, marketing and line managers) to find the    best options and consolidate efforts

- Analyze the market for best practices and new approaches to talent acquisition

- Manage our university campus relationships in the US


- BA or MA (Social Sciences, Media, Marketing, Economics or equivalent)

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing and Talent Acquisition

- Experience in multicultural and international environments

- Proven ability to come up with inventive ideas on how to market the brand to target groups

- Passion for writing and storytelling with the ability to conceptualize complex information in a simple way

- Hands on personality, able to create and implement digital media content (videos, blogs, articles)

- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter functionalities

- Analytical understanding of data driven marketing and performance metrics

- This position has no direct reports and requires solid transversal leadership skills to drive projects

- Highly organized with solid project management skills

- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with virtual teams

- An eye for detail, creative drive and positive attitude!
