• Drive and manage the delivery of creative and innovative programs with culture and D&I focus
• Craft communication that will represent the company’s unique culture to internal and external audiences (e.g., Monthly employee presentations, social media posts, etc.)
• Help build out our employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns to promote Mitto as a globally attractive place to work (in collaboration with our Marketing team and external partners)
• Act as an employer branding subject matter expert by providing best practices, external benchmarks and innovative solutions to support Mitto’s positioning on the global job market
