Our Global Talent Attraction and Experience team is looking for a Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing, Digital, to own candidate experience across digital talent attraction platforms, including review sites, our careers website, and candidate relationship management (CRM) platform. This role is part of a highly collaborative and matrixed team working cross-functionally to deliver creative solutions at speed and scale. Collaboration is key to thriving in our open organization. As such, you must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business and work eastern time zone hours to partner with global team members. You may work remotely, hybrid, or out of one of our U.S. offices.
