Reporting in to the Global Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing leader for our clinical and corporate business units, we’re looking for someone who can do it all – graphic design, video, creative campaign creation, storytelling, and more. What you’ll do
Brand awareness. Talent attraction. Visual storytelling.
Assist in implementing our employer brand by evangelizing our EVP and employee stories with key talent and diverse audiences. You’ll support our global talent acquisition efforts as the creative TA program specialist helping drive our Syneos Health’s evolving employer brand forward. Program management responsibilities include:
-Being our in-house creative designer for employer brand and recruitment marketing assets including videography/video editing, photography, animation and graphic design showcasing our people, culture, and values.
-Keeping pulse on employer brand industry trends and facilitating creative concept meetings to gather information from stakeholders to inform your designs to fulfill business needs, timelines, and deliverables.
-Bringing your creativity and passion to innovate in the employer branding and recruitment marketing space to identify and create new resources and tactics to support attraction efforts across our website, job boards, social media, digital advertising, outreach and more.
-Desire to build visually appealing and inspiring designs, but ones that drive engagement to prove effectiveness through performance metrics. We need you to create engaging art!
-Acting as a consultant with key stakeholders. You’re able to incorporate constructive feedback in to your work, while also providing counsel around design best practices.
-Maintain employer brand creative guidelines related to visual identity, design elements, creative application, and photography/videography style.
-Create and maintain stories and go-to-market graphic/video materials in our Employer Brand Marketing Library. Ensure all creative assets are available online for recruiters to use worldwide to support the team’s external outreach.
-Participate in global, cross-functional projects to provide quality and consistency across employer brand materials in support of enterprise brand strategy, standards and positioning.
-While primary program responsibilities focus on the creative/graphic needs of the team, we’d love for you to be willing to try your hand at writing content that resonates with key talent personas that can be leveraged across our special campaign projects as well.
Your skills and expertise
-5 years Employer Branding or similar creative/marketing experience (corporate or agency).
-3+ years of experience with implementing social media best practices for platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram etc.
-Graphic design – unleashing your artistic ideas in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite is one of the best parts of your day (ie. Photoshop, InDesign etc.).
-Video production – including filming, graphics, editing etc.
-Digital media creation – video, animation, GIFs, photography, and web.
-Experience building content that resonates with a variety of audiences and leveraging data to measure engagement and effectiveness.
-Positive attitude and passion for championing the employee experience, career opportunities, and our culture via creative avenues (video, photography, graphic design, etc.). We need you to help us build unique brand to showcase why we’re a great workplace.
-Ability to communicate and execute on creative concepts – you know how to bring abstract ideas to life visually.
