Join Takeda's Global Employer Brand team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager and help us amplify the Takeda story! You will report to the Global Employer Brand Lead and work across the organization to implement best practices that foster greater engagement with our candidates and attract top, diverse talent. You'll apply your expertise in consumer marketing to increase our brand awareness in the candidate marketplace and use your passion for storytelling to develop a positive reputation as an employer of choice.

How You'll Contribute:

-Support employer brand strategy execution and lead campaign and content development
-Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications, HR Communications, TA and DE&I teams to
 develop a content calendar, creating and repurposing recruitment marketing content, including
 videos, advertisements, employee stories, and other collateral
-Manage updates to LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed and other employer related pages
-Support development of a reputation management strategy and reply to interview reviews to build
 trust and demonstrate transparency
-Be a subject matter expert for functional talent acquisition teams by consulting on social media and
 content strategy and providing analysis of recruitment marketing campaigns
-Research and identify new social media and marketing trends recommending opportunities to
 differentiate ourselves in the candidate marketplace

What You'll Bring To Takeda:

-Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in employer branding, social media, or
 content marketing
-Strong writing skills and content development expertise
-Understanding of consumer marketing practices and candidate behavior
-Understanding of APAC talent market and platforms
-Experience collaborating across teams and levels in a global organization
-Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
