Before I joined exaqueo, I spent my professional career working at a Fortune 500 industrial distribution wholesaler and manufacturer known for their innovations in supply chain management technology. What began as a Human Resources internship in college turned into a progressive and reputable journey where I quickly advanced into leadership and found my career passion.
I’ve been a forward-thinking strategizer managing projects related to talent attraction, technology solutions, hiring compliance, and recruitment marketing. I realized my passion for employer branding because it focuses on a company’s relationship with candidates and employees, while delivering a unique and authentic experience that contributes to each individual’s career journey.
Outside of work, I spend time with my family, friends and fur-children: Marley (dog) and Butterfly (cat). I’m a lifetime Minnesotan and many describe me by what is known as the Midwest Nice culture. My favorite pastimes include streaming tv shows, playing card and board games, and getting outside to enjoy hiking and walking my dog.
