EMPLOYER BRAND STRATEGIST AND ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

exaqueo, a workforce consultancy, is growing and we’re seeking a new employer brand strategist and engagement manager. This is a virtual role but must be based in North America convenient to an airport.

We specialize in building cultures, employer brands and talent strategies for high-growth and mature companies. Our engagements range from full-scale employer brand development to culture and recruiting strategy to full creative and digital execution. We’re known for our workforce research and almost every engagement we complete has a research component. We're also known for our approach to employer brand strategy--it's holistic, cutting-edge and the most mature approach available.

In this role, you’ll be working with our clients who come to us for our specific expertise in employer brand and talent strategy. You’ll develop a rapport and build trust with them and help to grow additional project work. You will help gather and analyze workforce research to provide clients with recommendations on talent strategy and employer brand.

Your work will be balanced between helping to manage the projects we lead using our developed processes and tools and providing expert guidance and consulting in the areas where we specialize. From day to day you might be leading a kickoff with a new client, running employee focus groups, synthesizing the employer value proposition based on the workforce research we conduct or providing consulting on specific talent acquisition or employer brand strategies.

What we want in return:

  • Experience: We require 5+ years of in-house (non-vendor) brand experience in a high-growth or mature company with specific experience in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, employer brand and/or internal communications preferred.

  • Education and training: a college degree is required and advanced degrees in HR and business and industry certifications are a plus.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER/COORDINATOR

In this role, you’ll be ensuring the foundation of the business runs smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day operations and administration including meeting logistics, hiring support, and vendor management. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, travel, and supplies management along with client logistics, and other administrative duties.

You’ll develop a rapport and build trust with the team and keep our operations run smoothly. Your work will be balanced between ensuring the operations of the business run smoothly and supporting the CEO and the team. From day to day you might be communicating with vendors, organizing onboarding materials, and/or coordination client research activities.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

In this role, you’ll be responsible for awareness of and interest in exaqueo and our service offerings. Your work will be balanced between driving brand awareness through marketing activities (like social media, partnerships, and events) and business development (proposal and pipeline management).

On the marketing side, you’ll own our marketing strategy and use your experience and initiative to build a strategy that best works for our brand and our team. You’ll run social media, drive content representative of our brand position, and develop and execute events, partnerships, and creative solutions to promote our offerings.

On the business development side, you’ll manage the process from end to end. You’ll work with the CEO to develop relationships with prospective clients and manage active and open leads to close. You’ll oversee our proposal development technology and partner with the CEO to complete proposals and presentations to clients. Note: this is not a cold calling or sales role. We don’t do that.
