Customer service and satisfaction have been at the core of my being since I started working. Whether it was the smiles on the kids' faces when I showed up to babysit or the satisfied customers leaving my table at one of the many restaurants I worked at, I have always been in the business of ensuring happy customers and satisfied clients.
I began working in the corporate world as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Learning the ropes of project management and developing my consulting skills, I worked on major transformation projects for government clients. Realizing I needed to get back to working with people, I moved to the Human Capital Team and developed human capital strategies and plans to benefit agencies and their employees.
I took a break from the corporate world (but not from customer service) to stay home with my young children. I made my way back to the professional world by delivering quality customer service to my Stella & Dot and Stitch Fix clients. Once again, ensuring that my clients were satisfied and my customers were happy were the essence of my days.
I brought my whole self to work at exaqueo so that I can combine all of my varied experiences together. I look forward to serving our clients as a concierge for our services - getting our projects kicked off successfully, making sure our teams are working well together, and wrapping up our projects with finesse.
In my free time, I enjoy adventuring with my husband, three children, and dog. We love the outdoors and can often be found hiking, camping, or exploring the National Parks.
