GDIT is seeking a Talent Marketing Manager to join our external marketing team. How the Talent Marketing Manager will make an impact:

- Attract top talent to GDIT, impacting the critical missions we support

- Lead the execution of GDIT’s talent marketing strategy, reporting to the Director of Marketing

- Develop and execute high-quality integrated talent marketing campaigns that drive top quality talent to apply at GDIT

- Collaborate with our social media lead to develop and execute strategy to showcase GDIT culture on social media channels

- Manage the recruitment marketing hub, containing marketing collateral, guides and key resources for our recruitment team

- Build talent content marketing strategy assets and publishing calendar, partnering with vendors to create content and video that showcase life at GDIT

- Lead research initiatives related to assessing our market brand perception and our employer brand and messaging

- Collaborate with our graphic design team to create marketing collateral and ad campaign creative to support recruitment and talent marketing campaigns

- Manage third-party talent site profiles like Indeed and Glassdoor

- Partner with the digital marketing team to develop our talent SEO strategy and evolve our careers website on a continual basis

- Manage vendors as needed to execute marketing projects, content development, campaigns and strategies

- Report strategy and campaign impact and ROI to key stakeholders within the organization

- Lead and support special projects as required
