exaqueo (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”) and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and share information. This Privacy Policy informs you, the user of this website, of our practices in connection with information that we collect through our website or pages within the website that display or link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Sites”).  

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please discontinue any use of the Sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information which you may provide to us outside of the Sites, or through communications.

Your continued use of the Sites following any update to this Privacy Policy signifies that you have accept the revised Privacy Policy.  

The Types of Information We Collect

Personal Information:
“Personal Information,” referenced in this Privacy Policy, means any information that identifies or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household. It does not include any de-identified or anonymized information.

We may collect Personal Information about you through our Sites when you: (1) submit a message through the Site; or, (2) if you contact exaqueo or ask us to contact you.

The categories of Personal Information that we collect about you depends on the scope of our interaction with you and may include:

  • Information regarding your interaction with our Sites (Internet or Network Activity Information).

Other Information:
We also collect information that is not Personal Information (“Non-Personal Information”) such as certain information our servers automatically collect when you access the Sites. This Non-Personal Information may include, among other things, URL tracking information, information about your browser, or pages that you visit on the Site. We may track the total number of visitors to our Sites, the number of visitors to each page of our Sites, whether visitors share our Sites with others, and the domain names of our visitors’ internet service providers. Please note that third party ad networks and service providers may receive Non-Personal Information and use and disclose such Non-Personal Information for their own purposes, subject to their own privacy policies. exaqueo does not and will not sell your Personal Information.

No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice through a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

We will handle any such request in accordance with applicable law. Please note that we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before implementing your request.

California Residents

California residents have the right to request that we disclose what Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. This is called the “Right to Know”. Under the Right to Know, you can request a listing of the types of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, how we use the information (e.g., our business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling personal information), other individuals and businesses with whom we share personal information, and the specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you.

California consumers also have a right to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information. However, as we do not sell any of your information to anyone for any purpose, we are exempt from these requests.

Use of Site by Minors

The Sites are not intended for use by minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or collect any Personal Information about minors, nor do we market to them. If a minor has provided us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to have the information deleted from our records. If you believe that we might have any information from a minor, please contact us.

Linked Sites, Social Media Services, or Other Third-Party Platforms

Links to websites that are not operated by or for exaqueo, such as but not limited to Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram (“Third Party Platforms”) are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the exaqueo Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Third Party Platforms.  

Security

We implement administrative, technical and physical measures for the Sites designed to protect against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure of Personal Information we collect through our Sites. However, the use of the Internet creates inherent information security risks, and we are not able to guarantee the security of our Sites.
