As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key part in helping to position Siemens Energy as an employer of choice by supporting, coordinating, and leading a variety of talent attraction initiatives, globally. The day-to-day of this position will vary which keeps it exciting! In this role, you will be responsible for developing targeted recruitment campaigns, identifying social and brand engagement opportunities, and recommending talent attraction tactics to achieve our goal of increasing candidate reach and engagement. This position is remote but must be able to work across different time zones.
