In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help design our EVP approach, craft and activate our employer branding strategy, build a new careers site, determine our recruitment marketing and recruiting event marketing approach, and more. You’ll have an integral role on the team as you partner within TA and the broader business to build a diverse and full talent pipeline. You’ll leverage your creativity, social media expertise, data-driven mindset, and all of your EB tools as you embark upon this exciting opportunity to help shape our talent attraction approach. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Build, curate, and develop content (including copy, graphics, and videos) for internal and external media and communications related to recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Amplify our talent brand through employee stories about our culture, day in the life, employee referrals, and more.
  • Support the strategy and execution of our candidate engagement strategy, including designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, videos and other content for active candidate pipeline stages, and talent community newsletters (CRM).
  • Support the strategy and execution of our candidate experience initiatives (both external and internal), leveraging candidate experience and TA Partner feedback to improve candidate communication and continuity of our employer brand messaging throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with marketing to activate our recruitment marketing approach on company social channels.
  • Empower brand ambassadors across the organization by creating and supporting an employee advocacy program that includes the creation of toolkits.
  • Partner with TA Partners to craft engaging recruitment marketing posts to engage potential candidates for open positions across the US.
  • Ensure that all employer brand and recruitment marketing activities support our objective of building diverse talent pipelines.
  • Partner with marketing and take a lead role in designing our new career site (iCIMS Career Site) including reviewing employee feedback to craft our employer brand and EVP approach, solicit employee photos and videos, build wireframe for the iCIMS development team, and write copy.
  • Complete a full employer brand sentiment analysis and build/execute a plan for areas of opportunity across all relevant channels (Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working on a talent acquisition or marketing team focused on employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience building and optimizing multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create engaging content including written copy, social media posts, graphics, talent community newsletters (from a CRM), career site copy and more.
  • Experience with Canva and/or other content creation tools.
  • Experience designing and deploying a new career site.
