Christine Temple is the Chief Consulting Officer at exaqueo. In this role she oversees our client relationships, engagement, and delivery of our work around the world. She ensures our work exceeds client expectations and manages the performance of our team of consultants and strategists. Her leadership in this role comes from her human resources executive experience at brands including Volkswagen Group of America, Audi of America, and The Ritz-Carlton, as well as a decade of consulting and organizational effectiveness experience.
Get to Know Christine

Joining exaqueo is the perfect meld of my background. I most recently served as the HR leader for VW Credit, Inc., the Financial Services  company of Volkswagen Group of America (VWGoA).  Prior to this role, I led HR for the premium and luxury brands of VWGoA (Audi, Bentley, Bugatti and Lamborghini).  During my tenure, I spearheaded a number of firsts for the Audi brand, including the first strategic plan on Inclusion. And for both Audi and VW Credit, Inc., their first certification as a Great Place to Work®.

Prior to joining VWGoA, I served as Vice President and HR Business Partner for Global Operations at Marriott International. In this role, my team and I were responsible for leading organization effectiveness, talent management, and learning strategies that impacted the corporate-based organization as well as global property discipline leaders.

Prior to my role with Global Operations, I worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company where I led global talent management and was the HR consultant to the Brand Leader to support strategic brand initiatives. During my tenure with The Ritz-Carlton, I led a multi-year effort to update the company’s employer branding, to include concept design, concept development, and launch. I also led the global succession planning process for all General Manager positions and oversaw global communications.

At the outset of my career I spent eight years as a Management Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, a professional services firm, where I led projects and teams in the areas of strategic HR planning, diversity and inclusion, and workforce development. I co-founded the firm’s first diversity and inclusion practice and my work was featured in Diversity Inc. magazine. My clients included New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Office of Her Highness for the country of Qatar, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
