My career got started at the time when jobs were found in the Sunday classified section of the local newspaper -- when employer brand was primarily expressed through color ads or black and white. As both an internal executive and external consultant, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed helping companies through these significant periods of transformation. First, it was a transition to digital with career sites and online job boards, next came the importance of employee lifecycle and experience design to today where employer brand is a compete strategy and decision criteria for customers. Some of the best work of my career has been in partnership with exaqueo because they think differently, act swiftly and respond thoughtfully which is why I’m honored and excited to continue working with them in this capacity.
I was raised in the Pacific Northwest and am most at home when surrounded by mountains, water and coffee. Skiing, outdoor adventuring, cooking and learning about people and places are a few of the ways our family enjoys spending time together. I’m committed to doing a few things in this life – redefining the rules of work, living and working in another country and winning a triathlon before my next milestone birthday.
