I know the research we do helps organizations better communicate their authentic experience, meaning candidates have a deeper understanding of an employment experience and can make more informed decisions about joining a company.

What I love most about working in employer brand is people. I love meeting one-on-one with employees and hearing their stories, finding out what drives them, what they enjoy most and least about work, and what influences their decisions. And, then sharing those insights back with my clients and their executives. Employer brand is a people-first profession that is ever-interesting and ever-evolving.

I love working in employer brand because it's taking the marketing and HR experience I have and rolling them into one, strategic role. Much like marketing, I love that I'm thinking about an end user every day, now that end user is an employee, and I feel as though I'm able to positively impact people's day-to-day. Additionally, I love being able to help our clients think through and work through people-centric situations; they're all so engaged with this work and excited about what we're building together. Everything we do is baked in research. We build employer brand strategies based on the real-life experiences of employees. I love getting to interview people or host focus groups where I learn about what motivates them to come to work each day. Work is about so much more than earning a paycheck. There are so many intrinsic motivators that drive people to choose one employer over the other. You can always hear the passion in people's voices when they talk about what they do and the difference they're making in their role. I love helping our clients tell that story to attract and retain people with the same passion(s).
