I believe in the power of storytelling and being heard. I’ve always placed great importance on learning, understanding, and creating connections. It’s why I studied history in college. Everyone has a story to tell and a significant part of that story centers around work.

Like many in the profession, I fell into recruiting by chance, and haven’t wanted to leave. When I did switch to the consumer marketing and branding side, the desire to focus on people over products called me back. exaqueo is the place where my authentic self can thrive. And I help create that experience for anyone who finds a sense of belonging in the employer brands we build for our clients.

My story outside of work revolves around my husband and two miniature poodles. You can find us exploring our city of Richmond, VA and enjoying all it has to offer from coffee to craft brews.
