Get to Know Alyssa

Like many other practitioners, my journey to employer brand was unexpected, and yet a natural evolution from my background in consumer insights and branding. From early on, I was fascinated by the parallels and nuances between traditional marketing and this emerging space. Since then, I have found marketing an employment experience and the transparency, authenticity, and honesty that it warrants, to be so much more impactful and gratifying than any product I have marketed before. After all, we spend more than one-third of our lives at work. Knowing I am able to help people find a place where they can grow and thrive inspires me.

Away from work, you can find me on my yoga mat, exploring different neighborhoods across the five boroughs, or tackling a home renovation project with my husband.
